Your book purchases are covered by a 100% money-back guarantee. Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied (except overseas orders). You are responsible for the return packaging and freight. You will receive a credit note, cheque, or credit card reversal (as you prefer). Books being returned should be packed securely to avoid damage.
Postage
Postage (by Australia Post) is added on domestic orders at the following rates: $5.00 for orders up to $30.99, $9.80 for orders between $31 and $75.99, $12.00 for orders between $76 and $105.99, and $16.00 for orders over $106. International orders will have postage added at cost. Orders sent internationally by economy airmail unless specifically requested otherwise. Call or email for actual postage to be charged.
Service
We are a specialist book club and use our knowledge and experience in the subject areas to find and assess specialist books. Sometimes this means it takes longer for us to source uncommon books than a large "supermarket-style" chain. Although we process most orders in the week we receive them, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order is urgent, ask us about Express Post delivery costs.
