While I find that if you read more than 4 of jackies books you start to re-read certain material & certain stories it doesn't change that this book is well though out & dived into useful sections so you can find what you need.
The repetitive layout for each section is conforting & allows you to see how ideas & theories work from one environment to the next.
I like that this book covers a diverse range of situations even if a lot is referenced back to the writers experience often.
